Shipping policy
We're based in India and currently ship everywhere across the country. That's it for now — no international shipping just yet, but we're working on it.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is on us for every order, no minimum required.
When will my order be dispatched?
We process orders within 1–2 working days. If you order over a weekend or on a public holiday, we'll get to it first thing the next working day. During a new drop or restock, things can get a little hectic on our end — if there's any delay, we'll let you know over email or WhatsApp.
When will it arrive?
Most orders reach you within 5–7 business days after dispatch. If you're in a more remote area, it might take a couple of extra days depending on your pin code and courier availability.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send your tracking details to your email and WhatsApp. Give it up to 24 hours for the tracking link to go live.
Is COD available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India. For COD orders, we may give you a quick call to confirm before we ship.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That's on us. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos and we'll sort it out. Don't sit on it — the sooner you let us know, the faster we can fix it.
