We would advise having your order delivered to an address with someone there to accept it. If there is no one at the address to accept the order, our couriers will re-attempt the delivery 2 more times until the order is Returned to Origin (RTO). To avoid an RTO, please make sure to inform us about the same on team@hollyshac.com so that we can hold our shipment until you are available at the location.
