THE 5-DAY POLICY WINDOW

To maintain our strict standards of premium quality, you can request a return or size exchange within 5 days of receiving your parcel.

Due to the limited, drop-based nature of our premium streetwear collections, requests initiated after this 5-day window cannot be accommodated. We highly recommend opening and trying on your pieces immediately upon delivery to ensure absolute satisfaction with the fit and drape.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for a successful return or exchange, all garments must meet the pristine quality standards under which they were originally dispatched:

The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

All custom HOLLYHSAC product tags, specialized brand packaging, and custom collateral must be fully intact and returned inside the box.

The garment must be completely free from any external scents, perfumes, cosmetics, or signs of wear.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same item at no additional cost.

REFUNDS & SIZE EXCHANGES

Refunds: Once your returned parcel safely reaches our facility and passes our quality inspection, a refund will be initiated. The amount can be credited back to your original payment method or issued as an immediate, lifetime store credit code, depending on your selection. Please allow 5-7 business days for banking institutions to clear the transaction into your account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Every single piece of fashion shipped from our studio undergoes rigorous multi-tier quality checks. In the highly exceptional event that your parcel arrives damaged during domestic transit within India, please reach out to us with unboxing images within 24 hours so we can fast-track a premium replacement instantly.
